Luminary Class

Beautiful decorations add a sense of calm and beauty to every room. In this class, we'll make a luminary that is timeless and beautiful! We'll guide you through the process of coming up with a design, marking it out on your piece, and using a blade to cut it out and then smooth it! This is the perfect activity to do with a group of friends for a fun afternoon out. Because we'll be using sharp tools, this class is for ages 12+.  Each participant gets to make a luminary during this 3-hour class.  After the class is complete, you get to come back to glaze your piece about 2 weeks after class. Once glazed, pieces will take about 1-2 weeks to go through the kiln again. Want the studio to glaze your piece for you? We can do that for a small fee and it would be ready around 4-5 weeks after class.
