Demystifying Sourdough: A Beginner’s Workshop Join us for an engaging and interactive workshop where our aim is to demystify sourdough, and introduce you to the foundations of sourdough baking. You’ll learn essential techniques, from nurturing your starter to knowing exactly when it’s ready to use. We’ll guide you through the steps of reviving a dormant starter and give you hands-on experience with kneading, shaping, and scoring your dough. Plus, discover how to tell if your loaf is perfectly proofed and ready for the oven. As the bread bakes, relax and enjoy a selection of sparkling water, refreshing Waterloo mocktails, wine, and charcuterie. Meanwhile we’ll chat about all things sourdough during a fun Q&A session.
