Private Sourdough Workshop

With the private sourdough workshop you will learn to make artisanal sourdough bread in your own home. This workshop is for 1-2 participants.  What’s included in the sourdough workshop?  Sourdough starter, reusable jar and mixing spoon The Bread Kit with 10 sourdough tools ($129 value) Step by Step Sourdough Guide (5 recipes included) Sample bread and sourdough refreshments Link to complete video tutorial  The workshop is 2 hours long and you will learn: How to maintain and utilize sourdough starter How to form and knead a sourdough bread dough  The stages of dough and gauging readiness Practice stretch and folds, lamination and shaping How to add seeds and other inclusions to dough.  Prepare your own dough to take home and bake  Practice scoring and learn how to use stencils.  You will get an email to schedule after purchasing.  $100 travel fee anywhere outside of Brooklyn   Happy Sourdough Baking! Reisy Gross @breadsbyreisy
