St. George Botanivore Gin

Botanivore is a symphony of flavor comprised of 19 different botanical ingredients working in concert. Think of a meadow in bloom: herbaceous, fresh, and elegant.  What’s in it? While a classic London dry gin is juniper forward, Botanivore explores how lush gin can be when juniper berries are surrounded by a whole host of complementary botanicals. In addition to juniper, you'll find angelica root, fresh California bay, bergamot peel, black peppercorn, caraway, cardamom, fresh cilantro, cinnamon, citra hops, coriander, dill seed, fennel seed, ginger, lemon peel, lime peel, orris root, Seville orange peel, and star anise. The Process We vapor-infuse juniper berries, bay laurel, and fresh cilantro. The other 16 ingredients are distilled in the pot of our 1,500-liter still after being steeped overnight.
