LOAM Vidal Blanc Orange-Wine Process 2023 - Missouri Wheat Saison aged with Missouri GrapesLoam is the soil that is found in the Augusta AVA about 30 minutes west of our brewery. This American Viticultural Area is the home of the Missouri Vidal Blanc Grapes we used to showcase a harmony of our Missouri Saison with Missouri Wine Fruit. We treated this beer with the beautiful fruit skins of the Vidal Blanc Grapes  to extract the delicate flavors and aromatics akin to orange wine before allowing it to naturally condition in this bottle for several months and then sharing it with you.
