Double Bourbon Barrel Generational 2025 - a Collaboration with Half Acre - Double Barrel Aged Imperial Stout Aged in Bourbon Barrels Double Barrel Aged Imperial Stout Aged in Bourbon Barrels racked into Blanton's Barrels in Oct. of 2021 before being finished in fresh Blanton's Barrels to complete the Double Barrel Aging process ABV:  15%  |  375ml LOAM Vidal Blanc 2023 - Missouri Wheat Saison aged with Missouri Grapes Loam is the soil that is found in the Augusta AVA about 30 minutes west of our brewery. This American Viticultural Area is the home of the Missouri Vidal Blanc Grapes we used to showcase a harmony of our Missouri Saison with Missouri Wine Fruit ABV:  7.9%  |  750ml No limit. First come, first served. Pickups begin at 1pm on Friday, March 7th. All orders must be picked up within three weeks from time of purchase. Orders are picked up at The Side Project Brewery.
