Gui Zhi Shao Yao Zhi Mu Tang 桂枝芍藥知母湯

Cinnamon and Anemarrhena Combination (wind-dispelling formula) Effects: warming the meridian to dissipate cold; dispelling wind to relieve pain. INDICATION: wind-cold dampness impediment; painful swelling of the limb joint ; weak tabid body; swollen feet; dizziness and shortness of breath. CLINICAL REFERENCE: This formula is often used in treating arthritis; painful swelling due to articular rheumatism; deformed joints swollen with concealing toxin; muscular atrophy due to crane's-knee  wind; motor disturbance and  numbness in the lower limbs .
