$5 from every bottle donated to Barrels for Hope!  Back on April 27 along with Kim and Mark Schwartz, Ted Tronson and Alejandro L., we were given a great tour at Still Austin to really learn the details on why their whiskey is so unlike anything else out of Texas. We originally tasted 5 samples and then 2 more for a total of 7 samples. When it came time to make our decision, we landed on two single barrels that are very different but incredibly delicious.Since proceeds from these bottles will be donated to Barrels For Hope, we decided to give this a SpaceBalls theme since Mark and Kim "Schwartz" do so much work with BFH. Barrel# 20201019-11 is a throwback bourbon that tasted like Werther's hard candy. Buttery, toffee, cream soda with some oak and a long spicy finish that balances out the sweet. This one we named "Ludicrous Bourbon"
