Rich on the palate, the tannin is split between traditional  american oak spices: pepper, ginger, cinnamon and the Mizunara: black tea, sweet tea, a hint of sandalwood. Complex and balanced. The finish is long, loaded with caramels, caramelized sugars, sweet oak and a light hint of strone fruit and honey.
