Quentin Gréban, a 　　Belgian children's illustrator, was born in 1977 and now lives in Brussels. He majored in illustration at the Saint Luc Academy in Brussels, and immediately started to create picture books after graduation. Since 1999, more than 20 children's books have been published, and the works have been widely acclaimed, and have been published in Germany, Denmark, Hungary, South Korea, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Greece and other countries. Quentin particularly likes to use watercolor and colored pencils to draw. In 2000, he won the Saint-Exupéry Prize, and has been selected for several illustrations in Bologna, Italy.  聖修伯理大獎得主 義大利波隆納插畫展 入選繪者 比利時插畫大師 昆汀．葛利本 全新創作 　　～重現每個幼兒父母都很熟悉的崩潰劇情 　　用幽默的方式跟孩子討論﹝如廁訓練﹞的可愛故事～ 　　【生活常規/如廁訓練】 　　今天，艾娃要和家人去逛市場。 　　出門前，艾娃跟媽媽保證她去上過廁所了， 　　沒想到，剛到市場第一個攤位買完東西， 　　艾娃便說：「媽媽，我想尿尿……」 　　媽媽說：「什麼？妳離開家時不是剛尿過？不能再忍一下嗎？」 　　艾娃忍不住大喊：「不行，我想尿～尿～」 　　媽媽眼看四周都是人群，這下該怎麼辦才好？ 　　◎引導閱讀 　　「我想尿尿！」 　　這句經典台詞、這令許多爸媽崩潰的主題，編輯群媽媽們也非常心有戚戚焉──每回出門前，叫孩子上廁所，孩子總是拒絕，說「我不要」、「我現在不想尿」，或是「我已經尿過了」（其實沒有），但出門後一上高速公路，孩子就會立刻說想尿尿；或是有廁所的時候問孩子，總是沒有人想上，而隨後孩子說出想尿尿的那個時刻，附近一定沒有廁所！！！ 　　插畫大師昆汀．葛利本，用他一貫精緻溫暖的風格，在《媽媽，我快要尿下去了！》一書中，重現了每個幼兒的爸爸媽媽都很熟悉的崩潰劇情，書中角色都用動物呈現，是個用幽默的方式，來跟孩子討論「如廁訓練」主題的可愛故事。 　　從我們的主角小艾娃說出「我想尿尿」這句台詞後，整個故事瞬間就變得很緊張刺激，（真的很緊張啊！）大家為了幫艾娃盡快抵達廁所，搞得人仰馬翻的畫面，看了實在很有臨場感！伴隨著一連串意外狀況，讀者彷彿也化身小艾娃，有夠著急的！就如同我們的編輯同事說的：看著看著都覺得自己也快要尿出來啦……哈哈～ 　　希望藉由這樣有趣的故事情節，讓孩子產生「哎呀，出門前好像真的應該先上一下廁所！」、「有廁所的時候要努力地去上一下」等類似的共鳴，進而自動自發地在出門前先行如廁，或是願意在暫時沒有廁所的情況下，試著學習適當地稍微忍耐一下，讓媽媽們少洗幾件褲子（笑嘆）。 　 作、繪者簡介 昆汀．葛利本Quentin Gréban 　　比利時兒童插畫家，生於1977年，現居布魯塞爾。在布魯塞爾聖呂克學院主修插畫，畢業後立即投入繪本創作行列。從1999年至今，已累積出版二十餘本童書，作品廣受好評，並相繼於德國、丹麥、匈牙利、韓國、美國、英國、加拿大與希臘等國出版。昆汀特別喜歡使用水彩與彩色鉛筆繪圖。2000年榮獲聖修伯理獎，並多次入選義大利波隆納插畫展。在台灣出版的作品有《小小印地安勇士》、《送什麼禮物才好呢？》、《小木偶皮諾丘：百年圖文經典全譯版》、《我的興趣可以變成我未來的工作》等。 　　個人網站：www.instagram.com/quentingreban/
