Lucas Silicone Roof Coating #8000 - High Solids - Full Range

100% silicone based Lucas #8000 is a single part roof coating that creates a barrier that is resistant to natural weathering, is durable, breathable, watertight and weatherproof. Lucas #8000 can be applied over spray applied polyurethane foam, EPDM, PVC, aged acrylic coatings, concrete, asphalt BUR, granulated modified bitumen, and metal roofs. Lucas #8000 has excellent primerless adhesion to many surfaces when tested in accordance with ASTM D 6694.     Application Mechanically mix prior to application. Surface to be coated must be dry and free of dirt or corrosion particles. Clean with Lucas #115 Universal Wash. EPDM roofs in particular require aggressive power washing and may need to be cleaned twice to remove all surface contamination. Thoroughly rinse the roof after cleaning to remove all detergent.
