Lucas Detergent Roof Wash #115 - Full Range

Lucas #115 is a detergent intended for application to all types of roofs and pavement prior to power washing. #115 lifts dirt and grease from the surface including small pores and irregularities. Lucas #115 is formulated from surfactants and alkaline cleaning agents. Application: Mix one part Lucas #115 with four parts water. Over or under dilution will affect performance. Apply with a garden type sprayer in sufficient quantity so as to wet out the surface for a minimum of 15 minutes without drying. The Universal Wash should then be thoroughly power washed from the roof, a final clean water rinse is recommended. Although all efforts have been made to reduce the effect, this product will cause the roof surface to become more slippery. All necessary precautions should be taken by the applicator to avoid injury. Clean up: Clean up with water. Shelf Life: One year from the date of manufacture
