They are exceptional steaks. These are sold as 2 x 8oz filets per order. Preparation The Filet offers a wide variety of preparation options, but most recommend skillet cooking, in a skillet, sous vide, or grilling. That said, RANGE recommends cooking these steaks to medium-rare (130-135ºF internal temp) and searing them on a grill for the best results.
