Description This is our Diced Filet Mignon which comes from the trimmings of one of our most premium cuts, the Tenderloin . These diced wagyu strips go well when preparing fajitas, street tacos, rice bowls, and stir fry.   Preparation Our sliced steak is very flexible in the way it can be prepared, but most recommend grilling it in a skillet or stir fry. That said, RANGE recommends cooking ribeye steak (sliced or otherwise) to medium-rare (130-135ºF internal temp) for the best results.  Alternative Names Sliced wagyu fajita strips Additional Info This item ships frozen for freshness and food safety.
