Reef Essential® Signature Series™ Bromine is designed to provide ultra-pure Bromine for Reef Aquariums. Bromine is an essential element required for coral health, vitality & improves color. Bromine is also present in coral skeleton, helping to improve calcification & produce strong aragonite as opposed to brittle calcite. Zooxanthellae also require Bromine for the production of key enzymes used in many biochemical processes.Recommended Bromine concentration = 60-70ppm Suitable for these Saltwater environments: FOWLR | LPS | Mixed | NPS |SPS Contents:Deionized Water, Purified Bromine Dosing: 2mL/100L (26 US gal) will raise Bromine by 1ppm. We recommend spreading out the dosage over at least a 1-week period. This helps to improve consistency & reduce sudden change.
