Pardon for Sir James Oswald, 12 October 1608. With Great Seal attached to vellum document. Large holes in document with loss of text. Great Seal measures 6" in diameter and is missing a large fragment. Protected in a red cloth covered box measuring 10" x 8" x 2" with gilded title: "James 1. Document with Great Seal & Seal of Court of Common Pleas" on the front cover and on the spine.
