Novaia Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG Corte Vaona 2017

Novaia Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG Corte Vaona is a red wine made from a blend of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, and other native grapes; farming is certified organic. Vinification: manual picking of carefully selected grapes last week of September; grapes to be dried naturally in a traditional "fruttaio" (drying room at 400 m a.s.l.) for about 100 days. Destemming and soft crushing of grapes during winter; fermentation at controlled temperature in oak truncated-cone vats for at least 30 days. Aged 24 months in wooden barrels, 8 months in the bottle.
