The freedom Linda Welch has found in alcohol ink art has its genesis in the magnificent colors and joy that surrounds her in Door County. Serene depicts a calm and relaxing scene of blue skies and green grass.  Alcohol inks are brightly colored, acid-free, dye based paints that create free flowing textures and design. They are fast drying and evaporate quickly, requiring a non-porous surface such as synthetic paper, ceramic tile, or a specially prepared canvas. This piece has been sealed with 3 coats of Lamar Varnish and UV archival protection. Framed: 10” x 10”
