A herbal extract made with our fresh organic california poppy in full bloom.  We tincture the entire plant (including roots) fresh while in peak flower, yeilding a potent full plant extract. 50-60% alcohol, 1:3 herb to menstruum ratio. California Poppy (Eschscholzia californica):  Sometimes called "Cup of Sun" or "California Sunshine",  California Poppy is a relaxing nervine that is balancing to the nervous system. It is soothing to an anxious mind, especially when experienced with nervousness, weak focus, and occasional sleeplessness.  California Poppy also supportive to nerve and muscular discomfort.  Tasting Notes: Sweet, bitter, warm Ingredients: Organic Fresh California Poppy (Eschscholzia californica), Organic Grain Alcohol (50-60%), Distilled Water  Suggested Use:  Take 1-2ml up to three times daily, or as directed. May be taken straight or diluted in 1 oz water.
