Appellation:     72% Napa Valley 28% Sonoma County - 100% Sauvignon Blanc Fermentation:  80% stainless steel barrels, and 10% neutral French oak barrels, 10% Cement egg Alcohol:           14.1% Tasting Note:   Fresh burst of stonefruit on the nose.  The palate is bright and lively with melon, peach and Asian pear flavors. The wine shows a lot of texture with a nice balance and finish. Crisp, fresh and attractive. Drink on its own or pair with seafood, poultry, spicy food and anything that inspires you.
