Calamus Root Spagyric Tincture

This Calamus Root Spagyric Tincture is made with the root of the Calamus plant. Acorus calamus is also known as sweet flag, vacha, sway or muskrat root, beewort, bitter pepper root, flag root, gladdon, or myrtle flag. Our Spagyric Tinctures are made with Organic, Ecodynamic, or Wildharvested Biomass and Tinctured with Organic Cane Spirits as our Veg Mercury. Once the tincture was made, we add Spagyric Salt of Salt of the Vegetable Kingdom and digest until reactions have stopped. Historically, Calamus has been used for its calming, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, and antispasmodic properties, sleep, ulcers, gastritis, flatulence, upset stomach, sore throat, skin infections caused by fungi, headaches, loss of appetite, rheumatoid arthritis, pain relief, coughing, as a sedative, diuretic, expectorant, laxative, and aphrodisiac, to stimulate the brain and nervous system, aid menstruation, and remove mucus from the bronchi.
