Once VMware player is installed navigate to the Windows 7.vmx and double click to open. When asked click i copied it. Everything should load. Make sure you install your drivers for your RP1210 interface in the virtual machine and attach it to the host pc. A window will pop up and say connect to virtual machine (not host machine). Open tech tool from desktop and the login info is in a text file on the desktop as well. Once in tech tool set up your adapter in settings and your good to go.
