"Cordial Jam" is an upcycled product made from substandard agricultural products. This jam is made from sweet summer fruits grown at Saito Farm in Yaizu City, cultivated without pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or herbicides.  Ratio of Ingredients:- Peel: 1- Thin Peel: 4- Fruit: 5 The peel is carefully prepared, and the thin peel is stirred until smooth. Due to its low bitterness, the thin peel is used abundantly. Mace and cloves extract a gentle aroma and depth, while black pepper adds a finishing touch. The resulting jam has a somewhat thick consistency. Enjoy 1-2 spoonfuls with soda water, hot water, alcohol, or as an accompaniment to dishes.
