Cordial Jam Yuzu & Cardamom & Pepper Marmalade

"Cordial Jam" is an upcycled product made from substandard agricultural products.The yuzu used in this product is produced by Sugimoto Farm in Shimada City, using no pesticides or chemical fertilizers. The yuzu is small, has less bitter skin, and is orange in color. The peel is carefully prepped, with only the seeds removed, and the thin skin is used whole. Organic raw sugar and organic brown sugar are blended to reduce the sweetness as much as possible, allowing the sourness of the yuzu to be enjoyed. The refreshing aroma of cardamom and black pepper adds an accent to the taste. Enjoy 1-2 spoonfuls with soda water, hot water, alcohol, or as an accompaniment to dishes. Since each product is carefully made by hand, it is produced in small quantities. We are passionate and particular about our product planning.
