2012-2015 Tacoma Hybrid Bumper Installation: 100% bolt-on; minor trimming of the sheet metal bracket under the headlights required. No welding or plastic bumper cutting necessary. Features: Winch compatible; fits most winches 8k-12k. Relocatable electrical control boxes recommended. Integrated control box winches may need grille support bracket trimming. Cutouts for winch rope and clutch lever access. Designed for 30″ single row light bars (Baja Designs S8, Extreme LED 30″ 5D, RIGID 30″ SR series). Supports up to 4 Baja Designs Squadron lights and 2 Baja Designs S2 lights with additional mounting options. Materials and Dimensions: Winch plate and mounting plates: 1/4″ thick steel. Main body: 3/16″ thick steel. Tubing: 1 3/4″ OD, 1/8″ wall thickness. D-ring tabs: 3/4″ thick, fully welded front and back. Weight: 125lbs (without Bull Bar), 130lbs (with Mid-Height Bull Bar), 137lbs (with Full Height Bull Bar and side tube gussets). Finish: Ships bare steel; requires painting or powder coating to prevent rust. Shipping: Ships within 8 weeks.
