2012-2015 Tacoma Hybrid Front Bumper Installation: 100% bolt-on; no cutting or welding required. Features: Winch compatible with 8k-12k winches; recommend relocatable control boxes. Some grille support bracket trimming may be needed for integrated control box winches. Front cutouts for winch rope and clutch lever access. Designed for 30″ single row light bars (Baja Designs S8, Extreme LED 30″ 5D, RIGID 30″ SR series). Materials and Dimensions: Winch plate and mounting plates: 1/4″ thick steel. Main body: 3/16″ thick steel. Tubing: 1 3/4″ OD, 1/8″ wall thickness. D-ring tabs: 3/4″ thick, fully welded front and back. Weight: 125lbs (without Bull Bar), 130lbs (with Mid-Height Bull Bar), 137lbs (with Full Height Bull Bar and side tube gussets). Additional: Includes Front Bumper Frame Support Brackets (a $177.00 value). Finish: Ships bare steel; must be painted or powder coated to prevent rust.
