Sticky Wax "Glue" For Joining Pieces of Solid Wax, FreeShip.
This wax is not very sticky at room temperature, but heat it up until it's just beginning to melt and it becomes very sticky and will join two pieces of room temperature wax without melting them. This sticky wax's melting temperature is about 150 F. Sticky wax hardens almost instantaneously since the lower temperature of the two room temp waxes cause its temperature to drop suddenly.. If you do a google search for "sticky wax" you will mainly come up with the same "hard, fast drying" description. I think most of the suppliers that have it are using one manufacturer's product made by Grobet. There are a few that are like ours, though. There is a language convention having to do with sticky wax. If a novice hears of a "sticky wax", it's reasonable that he/she takes it too mean "sticky at room temperature".
