Cunard Line - From the Frank Braynard Collection, six snapshots showing the wreck of the SEAWISE UNIVERSITY. The destruction of the former QUEEN ELIZABETH on January 9, 1972 haunts ship fans to this day. One black and white photo shows the magnificent ship on fire from stem to stern. Five color photos show the aftermath of a twisted, burn-out hulk. By closely studying the well-detailed photos, you can try to pick out familiar areas on the ship. Good luck.  The snapshots measure 3.5" by 5" and each is back-marked Vernon D. Nader Interiors along with Braynard.  Excellent condition.
