Orient Overseas Line: It is heart-breaking to look at these two SEAWISE UNIVERSITY items, a deck plan and an intro brochure, and think about what might have been.  Hong Kong shipping magnate C.Y. Tung had a great idea; convert the largest ship in the world, Cunard's fabled QUEEN ELIZABETH of 1940, into both a floating university and a cruise ship that would sail the world.  Cruise passengers could enjoy the destination lectures provided to the students while still enjoying all the luxury of a QUEEN.   The detailed deck plan opens to 17" by 23" and covers ten decks, from Sports down to the pool on E.  The plan is lifted directly from Cunard.   An intro brochure dates to late 1970 or early 1971.  C.Y. Tung had just purchased the regal but run-down QUEEN.  Glowing text announces that, "the QUEEN awaits you ... you still may be the lucky ones who can enjoy this great ship and claim to be part of a great legend ..."   Alas, we all know the tragic ending to this story.  On January 9, 1972, r
