Date Night Elegant Italian Dining

**THIS CLASS IS PRICED PER PERSON** Join us for a taste of Italy’s most elegant flavors and discover ingredients that may be new to you, including wild mushrooms and leeks in a beautiful white wine creamy risotto, with pecorino, a hard cheese made with sheep’s milk. You’ll practice searing scallops, chopping herbs for gremolata and making a homemade Italian dessert of hazelnut panna cotta with chocolate sauce. Treat yourself to this elegant menu that highlights the finer things in Italian life. -Pan seared scallops with clementine gremolata -Creamy white wine risotto with wild mushrooms and leeks -Hazelnut panna cotta with chocolate sauce     Ages 18+ Your chef instructor will teach the proper techniques to elevate your cooking.You will work in groups of 4 in a fun, hands-on environment led by our Chef Instructor.Work from a recipe that was created for each specific class Class is roughly 2 hours, unless otherwise noted above, and each student will enjoy a full meal of what you created
