Date Night - Romantic Italian Night

THIS CLASS IS PRICED PER COUPLE   Tonight, we’ll take a romantic stroll through Southern Italy and create a menu of citrus-infused and Amalfi inspired Italian favorites. In this Romantic Italian Nights Date Night class, you will practice stirring a creamy risotto enhanced with the flavors of lemon and saffron. Then, we will teach you how to prepare chicken in a new way—under a brick with fresh herbs.
