Hoobastank The Reason RIAA 2x Multi-Platinum LP Award

RIAA 2x Multi-Platinum Album award for Hoobastank album The Reason. The album was released on Dec. 9, 2003 and certified 2x Multi-Platinum by the RIAA on Aug. 25, 2004 for two million copies sold.  The debut album put the group on the scene with the title track, which reached #2 on the Billboard Hot 100 and topped the Modern Rock chart. Other singles included "Out of Control", "Same Direction", and "Disappear". The album reached #3 on the Billboard Top 200 Album chart and also charted in many other countries.
