RIAA Gold LP award for Eddy Grant's Killer On The Rampage album, which was released in 1982. It was certified Gold by the RIAA for 500,000 copies sold on Aug. 29, 1983. The album's success was fueled by the global hit "Electric Avenue", which reached #2 on both the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 and UK singles charts.
