Fusion Design Series Handmade 6"/273mm honesuki in AEB-L stainless steel. This knife uses the performance and geometry of an Eastern-inspired blade profile with the comfort and beauty of a Western style handle. The Honesuki features a handle of tropical Bubinga. The octagonal handle is secured with stainless steel corby bolts. The overall length of the knife is 11"/273mm. HRC 61.
