Handmade 165/6.5" Honesuki of forged AEB-L stainless with the hammer markings left intact. This knife is handled in tropical Zebrawood featuring white G-10 liners and 1/4" copper pins. The overall length measures just under 280mm/11". A great small knife addition to any kitchen! 5.0 oz. 62 HRC. Free sharpening for the life of the blade!
