This necklace features a 13 mm, 7.2 carat amethyst gemstone. The natural, untreated amethyst is surrounded by a sterling silver bezel with decorative swirl accents in 18k yellow gold. A 16-18 inch adjustable chain is included to enhance wearability. This beautiful amethyst is from the well known Deer Hill Quarry, Oxford County, Maine which produced rich purple amethyst crystals from 1967-1971. Designed and handcrafted by Tina Dinsmore.
