Former mayor of Tequila Don Eduardo, who now acts as the head of the National Chamber of the Tequila Industry, as well as the master distiller for Arette, uses 100% estate grown agave from the lowlands to make this blanco Tequila. Open air fermentation takes place in a cement tank, crushing is done with a roller mill and they us a stainless single pot for distillation. This delicious sipping Tequila has flavors of steamed agave with a kiss of vanilla sweetness, subtle citrus and peppery flavors followed by herbal, vegetal, and mineral notes on the lush, round finish.
