Tequila Arette is a practicing organic and family operated distillery nestled in the lowlands of Jalisco, Tequila. Master distillers Eduardo and Jaime Orendain use 100% estate-grown Blue Weber agave to handcraft their reposado in small batches. After a 5-7 day fermentation in stainless steel and a double distillation, the tequila rests in American white oak barrels for 6 months. Its rustic pepper nose leads into a balanced palate, complete delicate caramel sweetness and lush round tropical fruit notes. Try drinking in an Oaxaca old fashioned: mezcal, agave, and a dash of bitters finished with an orange twist.
