Resiliency Questionnaire

Use this educational chart to test a client's level of resiliency  This educational chart is a great tool for self-discovery and looking into the positive events in childhood.  Using this educational chart can be the difference between "I am afraid," but  "I am also courageous."  Have them answer the questions with a 1-4 scale ranging from strongly agree to strongly disagree. Then take all the 3's and 4's have them tell you their story about those events. What positive belief did they learn about themselves from this?Great for stabilizing and uplifting a patient after a difficult session, or simply to build rapport.
