This is a stunning cutting board/serving board.  Its made from a slab we made a table out of and its gorgeous Claro Walnut.  This is a wow piece to cut on, serve on or even a table/kitchen display!  This is ready to ship now! Its perfectly flat, 45 deg beveled bottoms with nice gripping rubber feet so it wont slip on you.  It's 18" x 12.75" x 2.5" with the feet on.  This beast is almost 10lbs and is a great board to cut on or show off! We start with rough lumber from a local mill and take our time milling so it's flat on all sides. Next, we cut everything to length and width and arrange the pieces just so. The construction of the board is completed with FDA approved, food safe water-proof glue. Finally, the board is sanded down to an extra-smooth finish, sealed with a 24 hour soak in food-grade oil and then waxed with my own wood conditioner.
