This is a perfect everyday use cutting board and it's made out of Walnut and Maple. This board is 18" x 8" x 1.5" and ready to ship! We start with rough lumber from a local mill and take our time milling so it's flat on all sides. Next, we cut everything to length and width and arrange the pieces just so. The construction of the board is completed with FDA approved, food safe water-proof glue. Finally, the board is sanded down to an extra-smooth finish, sealed with a 24 hour soak in food-grade oil and then waxed with my own wood conditioner.
