High-Carbon Chef in Spalted Maple Burl

This Chefs knife is made from high-carbon steel and features an ultra-thin, full-tang blade that has been meticulously hand-sanded and acid-etched to produce this distinct smoky patina. The handle is made from a colorful pice of Spalted Maple that has lots of dynamic grain figuring running throughout.
