247mm Chefs Knife with Maple Burl

Standing still and looking active. Here is a 245mm full-tang Chefs knife made from High Carbon 1095 steel. The long and lean blade on this chefy has been hand sanded and etched to reveal a hamon. The handle is dyed and stabilized Maple Burl with Micarta pins and a stainless tube.
