It is similar to our English Roast in terms of leanness and can be adapted to those preparations or your favorite pot roast recipe. The Sirloin Tip Roast comes from the Round muscle complex, a locomotive muscle better known as the Beef knuckle. The Round is known for producing roasts with deep beautiful beef flavor. This roast is a great combination of leanness plus the succulence of Full-blood Wagyu!
