Actuator Assembly – Long Stroke (for 21"–29" Table Height)

The Long-Stroke Actuator Assembly is a complete motorized lift unit designed for Leander Flexion Distraction Tables with a height range of 21" to 29". It includes a hardened steel ball screw mechanism paired with a mounted AC gear motor, forming a robust and reliable height-adjustment system for high-capacity, heavy-duty use. The AC motor is a permanent split capacitor induction type, engineered to deliver high starting torque with an intermittent duty cycle, ideal for frequent elevation adjustments in clinical environments. The single-stage worm gear reducer is housed in die-cast aluminum and features a shock-absorbing neoprene coupling to reduce mechanical stress and extend motor life. To prevent overtravel, the actuator features a built-in freewheeling mechanism: an internal ball cage cams against factory-installed stop pins at each end of the stroke, automatically halting linear advancement without the need for external limit switches.
