Olympian Fig Tree

Olympian is a sugar-flavored fig variety with large fruits. It has a green to purple skin with a red interior. Olympian trees tend to be shorter and bushier, making the fruits easy to harvest as the trees grow. Olympian is an heirloom variety originating in Olympia, Washington. As a result, it is one of the most cold-hardy figs you'll find and has been noted to tolerate temperatures down to 0°F in some cases. It produces well in areas with cool summers, but also handles southern humidity without any issues.
