MORE COMING SOON! Malta Black is a berry-flavored fig variety with a dark purple skin and bright red inside. These figs are an absolute treat and one of the best-tasting varieties you'll find. The fruits have a closed eye which means they hold well on the plant as they ripen. Malta Black is a Mediterranean variety from the island of Malta. These trees handle the humidity very well and are very early producers. These are some of the first figs to ripen in our orchard every year and we welcome their presence!
