Anise has been cultivated for over 2000 years, and has been used medicinally ever since. Even one of my migraine medications contained Anise. So it is no surprise to me that it's also a very popular for use in skincare as well.  It has been used in everything from the manufacturing of Tamiflu to natural bug repellent. Anise soap is a great all around soap for your everyday needs! Anise Soap has that distinctive licorice smell, which I will admit is not my favorite, but I still use this soap regularly because it just makes my cranky skin happy.  What's in Anise Soap? This recipe was different than the general ingredients list so I have provided a listing below.  Ingredients: love olive oil pomace/rice bran oil blend coconut oil palm oil palm kernel oil flakes anise essential oil distilled water sodium hydroxide for the chemical reaction needed to make soap Testimonials "I love the smell, and it really helps out with my acne, keeps my skin super clear. I also love that it doesn't dry my skin out like so many other facial cleansers do."  - Bob S.   Looking for more?
