Join our upcoming cooking class, Fundamentals of Mediterranean Flavors with Chef Koren for an intimate 2.5-hour culinary experience and 4-course meal. BYOB What You'll Learn: Week 1: Mediterranean Flavors + Techniques – Master grilling and roasting with vibrant Mediterranean ingredients like fresh herbs, citrus, and olive oil. Recipes include Chicken or Tofu/Zucchini Kabobs, Greek Salad, and Lemon-Garlic Roasted Potatoes. Hummus and Pita presentation will be covered as well. Class Format:Each week features two key cooking techniques, a focus on essential knife skills, and recipes that incorporate the region's signature spices, herbs, and citrus. Students will receive plenty of hands-on practice and personalized tips to elevate their cooking game.
