"Magic Vine" Quilt Unknown Quilt MakerCirca 193580 x 90 inchesOrigin Unknown; Found In California Extraordinary hand quilting in all the white areas of this quilt, executed by a very experience quilter, indeed.  It weighs in at 11 -12 teeny, even stitches per inch (counting one side only).    The pattern and instructions for the "Magic Vine," as it was named, was designed by Florence LaGanke Harris (AKA Nancy Page) whose syndicated quilt patterns which were widely published in American newspapers. The first of these was shown in the St. Louis Star Times in Sept., 1930. Thin and lightweight, this would be a great summer cover, though it also looks mighty cheery hung on a wall. Note the mitered corners.  The Condition is Excellent; the quilt has been just washed.      ___________________________________________________________________________ Before you purchase, please read below:  We want you to be happy with your purchase.  For this reason, all our quilts are sold On Approval (unles
